There are not many things that can make my tummy growl as loudly as getting my hands on a fine piece of well-cooked meat, say BBQ ribs or a juicy burrito. But, every once in a while I do like to shock my body with some actual fruits and veggies, that is, besides the ones that come in a burger bun. If you ever get the same urge or god forbid, decide to dine out with a vegetarian or vegan, stick to this guide. I cannot guarantee you won’t binge on a kebab on your way home, but you’ll actually eat something both delicious and nutritious for a change. Not THAT bad, huh?
